Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bellandur, Bengaluru for a CA Articled Assistant.

Unlike traditional articleships, this role offers hands-on exposure to how businesses actually operate, not just compliance execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Financial reporting and accounting for startups and SMEs
• ROC, GST, PT and income tax compliance
• Supporting SOP design and process improvements
• Assisting in audits and financial reviews
• Working directly with clients to identify and solve gaps

You will work closely with the core team, with real ownership and visibility into decision-making.

Who We're Looking For

• CA Intermediate cleared (both groups preferred)
• Strong basics in accounting, taxation, and compliance
• Curious, structured, and willing to go beyond checklists
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Prior exposure to startups or India–US work is a plus, not mandatory.

Stipend & Location

• ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• Bellandur, Bengaluru (on-site)
