Role Description

A CA Article is an entry-level trainee position for candidates pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification. The role involves gaining practical experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting under the supervision of a qualified Chartered Accountant.

The primary objective is to fulfill the practical training requirements of the CA course, providing the candidate with the necessary exposure to real-world financial and auditing scenarios.

What You Will Learn...

Audit Assistance:

• Assisting in internal and statutory audits of companies.Performing vouching, ledger scrutiny, and verification of assets and liabilities.Preparing audit reports and documentation under the guidance of senior auditors.

Accounting Tasks:

• Maintaining accurate books of accounts for clients.Preparing and finalizing financial statements.Assisting in reconciliation of bank statements, debtors, and creditors.

Taxation:

• Assisting in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Helping in Tax Audit and assessments.
• Providing support in tax planning and advisory services.

Compliance and Regulatory Filings:

• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assisting in the preparation of statutory returns and filings with regulatory authorities.
• Updating and maintaining statutory records.

Client Interaction

• Communicating with clients to gather necessary financial information.
• Assisting in resolving client queries related to accounting , audit and taxation.
• Preparing reports and summaries for clients as required.

Research and advisory

• Conducting research on various accounting, taxation and audit related topics.
• Assisting in drafting opinions, notes and advisory documents on financial matters.

Learning and Development:

• Attending training sessions, seminars and workshops to enhance professionals knowledge.
• Staying update with latest amendments in accounting standards, tax laws and other relevant regulations.
