Scope of Exposure:

Selected articles will gain hands-on practical exposure in:

• Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit
• Direct & Indirect Tax compliances and filings
• ROC / MCA compliances and corporate secretarial work
• Valuations, financial modelling and due diligence
• SME-IPO, fundraising and transaction advisory assignments
• Drafting of reports, notes, client communications and working papers

Eligibility Criteria:

• CA students registered with ICAI and eligible for Articleship
• Strong conceptual clarity in accounting, taxation and auditing
• Willingness to learn, professional attitude and discipline
• Good communication skills and comfort with Excel & documentation
