Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a CA Article Trainee. The responsibilities include assisting with statutory and internal audits, preparation of financial statements, performing tax audits, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws. The role also involves preparing reports, conducting research for various finance-related topics, and assisting with corporate filings and documentation. The trainee will gain hands-on experience under the guidance of qualified professionals to further their chartered accountancy career.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Management Accounting principles.
• Basic understanding of Taxation laws, Tax Audits, and relevant statutory compliance requirements.
• Analytical and research skills applied to valuations, mergers, acquisitions, and management information systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, accounting software, and strong documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Successfully cleared both groups of IPCC (CA Intermediate).
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to assignments.
• Proficiency in English language
