Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time opportunity based in Kolkata for individuals applying as either CA Article Trainee or a Paid-up Assistant. Responsibilities include assisting with accounting tasks, statutory audits, tax planning, tax compliance, GST returns, and corporate filings. You will also engage in financial data analysis, reporting, and contribute to audits and other compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Accounting principles and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Income Tax and GST regulations, including tax planning, compliance, and filings
• Skills in Audit processes, Corporate Compliance, and handling ROC filings
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and tools like Tally and MS Excel
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethical practices
• Pursuing or completed CA Articleship for Article Trainee
• Prior experience, relevant qualifications for Paid-up Assistant internship, or exposure to similar roles is an advantage
