Job Description:
WEchartered Consultancy Private Limited is looking for dedicated and ambitious CA Article Assistants who are eager to gain hands-on experience in both domestic and foreign accounting, financial due diligence, and statutory compliance. This role provides an excellent learning environment with exposure to multiple industries and financial practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foreign & Domestic Accounting: Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance for both domestic and international clients.
- Financial Due Diligence: Participate in audits, financial analysis, and risk assessment for mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions.
- Statutory Compliance: Support in filing tax returns (GST, Income Tax, TDS), ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.
- Audit & Assurance: Work on statutory audits, internal audits, and forensic audits under professional supervision.
- Management Consultancy: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, business valuation, and advisory projects.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have cleared CA Foundation and be eligible for CA Articleship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP), and basic knowledge of financial regulations.
- Commitment to complete a minimum of 2 years of Articleship with WEchartered Consultancy (No transfers permitted).
- Enthusiasm to learn and work in a dynamic environment with domestic and international clients.
