Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant, based in Raipur. The Article Assistant will support various aspects of taxation, auditing, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include assisting with compliance under Indirect Taxation (GST, Customs, etc.), preparing financial statements, conducting audits, participating in tax assessments, and maintaining accounting records. The role offers exposure to professional client interactions and knowledge enhancement in the field of Chartered Accountancy.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in Indirect Taxation, including GST, Customs, Service Tax, and Central Excise
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting, and preparing financial statements
- Skills in auditing, compliance procedures, and tax assessments
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and technical tools
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for client engagements
- Must be pursuing or have completed the Chartered Accountancy course
- Willingness to learn, adapt to organizational processes, and work under deadlines
