Description

Responsibilities :

Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
Build and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Use data visualization techniques and BI tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to support business goals.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams for end-to-end model development.
Design, develop, and optimize machine learning algorithms across regression, classification, NLP, and time-series use cases.
Conduct data-driven experiments, evaluate model performance, and provide actionable :
Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and operations research; leadership experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with hands-on experience in data manipulation and modeling.
Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Solid foundation in mathematics, including statistics, probability, and algebra.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert business requirements into ML-driven solutions.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
