Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Implement product enhancements (UI & core functionality) using C++ Win32, ATL, COM
  • Write clean and optimized code, debug and fix incidents/defects
  • Migration of code to newer IDEs (Visual Studio) and OS platforms (Windows 10/11)
  • Participate in core team meetings to discuss enhancements, issues, and product roadmap
  • Support product releases with security compliance & localization features
  • Perform unit testing, release sign-off, and documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 4 years of experience in C++ Win32 programming (must-have)
  • Strong experience in Windows APIs, system programming, multithreading, IPC/RPC
  • Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of InstallShield, PowerShell scripting
  • Added advantage: C#, WPF, UWP development
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
