C++, SQL Lead - Offshore

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C++ Developer with strong SQL expertise to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in C++ programming, database design, and SQL queries, with a proven track record in leading teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. As the C++ with SQL Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications, managing team performance, and ensuring the integration of database systems with C++ applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of C++ applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable C++ code.
• Implement SQL queries, database design, and optimization to ensure seamless interaction between the application and the database.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring high standards of code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize C++ code and SQL queries.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards within the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., QA, DevOps) to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company security standards and best practices in both code and database operations.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in C++ development
• Strong expertise in SQL (writing complex queries, performance tuning, and database optimization).
