C Section Coach

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a C Section Coach. In this role, you will provide specialized fitness coaching and support to clients recovering from or preparing for a cesarean section. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating personalized fitness plans, conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, and offering guidance on post-surgery recovery and holistic wellness. You will also work closely with the team to update training methodologies and maintain a supportive environment for clients.

• Strong expertise in fitness coaching, exercise science, and postnatal recovery, particularly for C-section clients
• Ability to design personalized fitness programs based on individual health and recovery needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic and effective coaching
• Experience with education on nutrition, post-surgery care, and holistic wellness approaches
• Relevant fitness certifications or qualifications; additional certification in postnatal fitness is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Willingness and flexibility to work on-site in Dehradun
