Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of C&I works across multiple projects
Manage civil, interiors, and finishing works
(partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, finishes)
Coordinate closely with
MEP, design consultants, vendors, and project teams
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timelines are met
Review and approve drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and mock-ups
Handle cost control, billing, and variation management
Oversee vendor & contractor performance
Support client coordination, walkthroughs, snag closure & handover
Qualifications & Skills
BE / BTech (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience in corporate interior fit-outs / co-working / managed offices
Expertise in fast-track interior projects
Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, execution methodologies
Strong leadership, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
