C++ Front-End Developer- Embedded App

Role: C++ Front-End Developer

Exp: 8+ Years

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Remote Global (EST overlap required, especially during onboarding) Time Zone Immediate Minimum 4 hrs EST overlap; full overlap strongly preferred during rampup

What You Will Be Doing

Consume Figma designs and translate them into accurate, polished front-end pages using our proprietary Sense framework (C++-based)

Write high-quality, secure, testable, and releasable C++ code at a consistent and high output pace

Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, PI reviews, and retrospectives within the Reacts SAFe framework

Conduct peer code reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback

Write clear handoff test instructions for the manual QA tester immediately upon completing each deliverable

Collaborate in real time with IGT engineers, Ultrasound engineers, and other R&D teams

Integrate all deliverables into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Artifactory, and Octopus

Ensure all output complies with security, UX (DLS/Filament), and quality standards

What We Are Looking For

This is not an analyst or architect role. The expectation is high-volume, high-quality code output. The ideal candidate codes constantly, codes well, and takes full ownership from development through tester handoff.

Expert-level proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/23) this is the single most critical requirement

Demonstrated experience building front-end applications in C++; ability to implement UI/UX from Figma specifications

Familiarity with Sense framework or comparable proprietary C++ front-end frameworks is a strong asset

Strong discipline around writing tests as part of delivery not as an afterthought

Comfortable working embedded within a client engineering team with real-time collaboration requirements

Excellent communication skills the client will interview candidates and will assess communication directly

Familiarity with the following DevOps and tooling stack is highly valued:

Nice to Have

Experience with audio/video applications, WebRTC, real-time connectivity, or streaming technologies

Background in medical device software or regulated software development environments

Familiarity with SAFe Agile and Program Increment (PI) planning
