LanceSoft Technologies is looking for a .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and WPF to develop high-quality Windows-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in object-oriented programming (OOPs) and be capable of problem-solving and innovation in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Windows-based applications using C# and .NET.
- Work extensively with WPF for creating dynamic user interfaces.
- Apply OOP principles effectively in software development projects.
- Take ownership of small modules within a project and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Solve complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.
- Interpret and analyze test and simulation results for performance improvements.
- Provide input to testing processes, using simulation and real-world results.
- Actively contribute to prototyping, proof of concepts (POCs), and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for requirement gathering and clarity.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations on project progress and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Windows application development.
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET frameworks.
- Proficiency in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for UI development.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and its applications.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges effectively.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills to improve software performance.
- Experience working on vague or evolving requirements and ensuring clarity in execution.
