Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high performance applications using C++
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code
Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Debug complex issues related to memory management, multithreading, and performance
Optimize existing systems for speed, latency, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
Guide and mentor junior engineers
Participate in requirement analysis and estimation
Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and automation
