Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain US Tax regulatory software applications using C/C++ and MFC.

Develop and maintain tax forms, schedules, and interview‑driven workflows using HTML and JavaScript.

Design and implement unit tests to validate business logic, ensure regulatory accuracy, and maintain code reliability

Analyze tax law changes and implement regulatory updates accurately into the software.

Translate complex US tax rules and business logic into reliable, maintainable code.

Develop automation scripts and internal tools using Python, PowerShell, or Batch scripting.

Diagnose, debug, and resolve functional, performance, and compliance-related defects.

Participate in code reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and code quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Regulatory, Business) to gather requirements and deliver compliant solutions.2-4 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ application development.

Practical experience working with MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) is a plus.

Working knowledge of at least one scripting language: Python/ PowerShell / Batch scripting / VB Script

Exposure to HTML and JavaScript, preferably for form-driven or interview-style applications.

Experience in designing and writing unit tests to validate business logic, ensure regulatory accuracy, and maintain code quality.

Ability to understand and implement regulatory and business logic, with high accuracy.

Prior experience or familiarity with US Tax regulations or tax software is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN or Perforce

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
