- Design, develop, and maintain highperformance C++ applications in line with client business requirements and coding standards.
- Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented C++ code with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and memory management.
- Work extensively with SQL to design, develop, and optimize queries, stored procedures, and database interactions.
- Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, client stakeholders) to understand client processes and deliver quality solutions.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for production and non-production defects.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Contribute to performance tuning, optimization, and refactoring of existing applications.
- Ensure applications comply with security, regulatory, and compliance standards, especially in healthcare or regulated domains.
- Support client-facing activities, including requirement discussions, technical clarifications, and offshore/onshore coordination.
- Exposure to US Healthcare domain or other domains is an added advantage, with understanding of client workflows and data sensitivity.
- Work effectively in Agile / Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
