Job description

Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification.
Hands on C/C++ development experience is essential, as is exposure to the full software development life cycle.
Should have hands on experience and thorough knowledge in STL, BOOST understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Must have expertise in programming under Windows/UNIX/Linux.
Working knowledge of development tools such as debuggers, profilers and tracing utilities.
Experience with IPC including socket programming.
Hands on multithreading experience, including race conditions, deadlocks, debugging, etc.
Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills, with a logical and pragmatic attitude.
Real-time Data Processing, performance Tuning/Optimization (a plus).
Working experience in MYSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL would be plus.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN, Git.
