We're Hiring | Senior Software Engineer – C++ | Industrial Automation

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to join our Industrial Automation team. If you have a strong background in Modern C++, Linux, and Industrial Communication Protocols, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial communication protocol stacks using Modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
• Develop edge gateway components to communicate with PLCs, RTUs, sensors, and industrial devices.
• Own end-to-end development of protocol features, including design, implementation, debugging, and optimization.
• Implement device connectivity, data acquisition, parsing, and data normalization.
• Develop multi-threaded, asynchronous, and event-driven applications.
• Optimize software for performance, reliability, and memory efficiency.
• Work with industrial communication technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex protocol and device communication issues.
• Integrate protocol modules with local services, data pipelines, and cloud connectors.
• Collaborate with Architects, QA, Product Management, and Cloud Engineering teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Modern C++ (C++14/17/20)
• Strong experience with Linux / Embedded Linux development (Mandatory)
• Experience developing Industrial Automation / Industrial Communication Protocols
• Strong understanding of Networking
• Expertise in Multi-threading, Concurrency, Synchronization, and IPC
• Strong debugging skills
• Experience with CMake, Make, and Cross Compilation
• Good understanding of software design principles and design patterns

Good to Have

• Python programming experience
