C++ Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications using Microsoft C++ .
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product Management, and Support to deliver quality software.
• Work with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
• Ensure software meets performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in software development and analysis in a business environment.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft C++ (Visual Studio, MFC, Win32 APIs, etc.).
• Strong experience developing Windows desktop applications .
• Solid understanding of database design concepts and proficiency in SQL .
• Experience working with ISAM and/or relational databases .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, self-managing, and able to work independently or in teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
