Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications usingMicrosoft C++.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product Management, and Support to deliver quality software.
Work with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
Ensure software meets performance, scalability, and reliability goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degreein Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of7 yearsin software development and analysis in a business environment.
At least5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft C++(Visual Studio, MFC, Win32 APIs, etc.).
Strong experience developingWindows desktop applications.
Solid understanding ofdatabase design conceptsand proficiency inSQL.
Experience working withISAM and/or relational databases.
Familiarity withAgile/Scrumdevelopment methodologies.
Excellentanalytical and problem-solvingabilities.
Self-motivated, self-managing, and able to work independently or in teams.
Strongverbal and written communicationskills.
