We are partnering with a leading global proprietary trading firm building anext-generation crypto trading platform from the ground up. This is not legacy infrastructure, not a side-project, and not crypto bolted onto traditional systems, this is clean-slate engineering at institutional scale.

What you will work on
- Core C++ trading systems using modern C++ (C++23)
- Exchange connectivity, market access, and protocol integration
- Building and optimising trading engines end-to-end
- Solving real-world crypto challenges: internet-delivered feeds, inconsistent exchange protocols, latency optimisation without traditional colo advantages
- Owning multiple markets from build optimisation profitability

What we're looking for
- 13 years of strong C++ experience (not freshers)
- Excellent grasp of C++ fundamentals, networking, and system design
- Engineers who care about correctness, performance, and scalability
- Comfortable working closely with trading teams and understanding business impact
- High bar for code quality
