C & Data Structures Trainer | Semester Training Project

Role Description The C & Data Structures Trainer | Semester Training Project is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The trainer will design and deliver structured classroom sessions on C programming fundamentals, data structures, and related concepts for semester-based training projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials and assignments, conducting interactive lectures, supervising lab and project work, and assessing learner performance through tests and feedback. The role also involves mentoring learners, addressing queries, coordinating with academic and corporate stakeholders to align training outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching methodologies.

• Design and develop technical training programs for students on various programming languages such as C, C++, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Conduct classes, workshops, and tutorials to teach these concepts to students.
• Develop assessment materials, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student progress.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content.
• Provide individualized guidance and feedback to students through one-on-one sessions or group discussions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Tech & M.Tech degree in Computers/Information Technology/Computer.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in academics or industry with expertise in relevant technologies like C, C++, DSA,etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective teaching.
