About the Role
We are looking for a Coding Agent (C++) – Freelancer to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on C++ programming, systems-level problem solving, and software engineering workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated code outputs related to algorithms, data structures, system design, and performance optimization, helping improve how AI models generate and reason about production-quality C++ solutions.
You will collaborate with global AI and engineering teams to assess the correctness, efficiency, and maintainability of AI-generated code. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for coding assistance, software development, and technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including coding solutions, debugging tasks, and optimization strategies
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated C++ code responses across different problem domains
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
- Diagnose and solve real-world programming challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
- Assess AI-generated code for correctness, performance, readability, and scalability
- Identify bugs, logical errors, edge-case failures, or inefficient implementations in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on C++ programming and software engineering
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming concepts
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system-level programming
- Experience with debugging, code optimization, and performance analysis
- Familiarity with STL, memory management, and multithreading concepts is preferred
- Ability to critically evaluate code quality and software design approaches
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
