Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Compensation & Benefits (C&B) digitization initiatives across multiple verticals.
  • Collaborate closely with the C&B functional team and IT technical team to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Bridge the gap between functional understanding and technical execution.
  • Develop and manage program plans; track progress through to closure by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end digitization process to enhance HR operational efficiency.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
