Immediate requirement : C&B Consultant (Freelance | Strategic Role | Hyderabad)
We are looking to partner with a seasoned Compensation & Benefits expert who can help us reimagine our total rewards architecture at a critical phase of business evolution.
This is not a transactional assignment — we are looking for someone who can bring strategic clarity, regulatory depth, and execution excellence.
What this role will drive:
- End-to-end Performance Management cycle (PMS) and linkage to pay outcomes
- Compensation structuring aligned to business strategy and market benchmarks
- New Wage Code readiness and implementation
- Tax-efficient salary frameworks (aligned to evolving income tax regulations)
- Variable pay and incentive design across roles, especially sales
- Benchmarking, analytics, and leadership dashboards
- Clear, actionable insights for senior leadership decision-making
Who will fit well:
- Strong experience in Total Rewards / C&B (corporate or consulting)
- Has personally driven PMS cycles and compensation decisions
- Deep understanding of tax structures, compliance, and wage code implications
- Someone who can combine data, business context, and practicality
- Comfortable engaging with and influencing senior leadership
