C++ Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end software solutions using C++ for complex, performance-critical systems.
• Define coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for development teams.
• Lead and mentor senior and junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, integration, and deployment strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance of existing C++ applications.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ensure alignment of software architecture with business goals and compliance with security and performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 914 years of experience in C++ development with significant architecture responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and system-level programming.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
