Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the Bynder platform to ensure optimal performance, user access, and asset organization.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to facilitate digital asset lifecycle management and streamline content workflows.
- Configure platform settings, user permissions, and workflows to meet organizational requirements.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide user training and support to maximize platform utilization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience in managing and administrating Bynder or similar digital asset management platforms
- Strong understanding of digital asset workflow processes
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital asset integration
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Ability to configure user permissions and manage platform settings
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
