Responsibilities :
Lead the design and deployment of BY Supply Chain Planning solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Oversee the analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative environment for problem-solving and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements.
Drive the development and execution of project plans ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high levels of reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain planning processes with other business functions.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and best practices to support ongoing operations.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in supply chain planning.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and ensure effective use of supply chain planning tools.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of supply chain planning and execution.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress challenges and outcomes.
Contribute to the companys strategic goals by driving improvements in supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications -
Possess a strong background in BY Supply Chain Planning with proven experience in system implementation and optimization.
Demonstrate expertise in OrdertoCash AccountsReceivable processes enhancing the integration of supply chain solutions.
Hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on supply chain planning and management.
Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
Display effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
Have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation in supply chain processes.
