BY ESP Techno Functional Consultant

JD:

• Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on BY/JDA ESP development and implementation experience.
• Assist Solution Architects in designing best-in-class solutions using Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).
• Strong BY/JDA ESP development skills to manage ongoing development needs.
• Model BY/JDA ESP based on requirements and map solutions to business needs within tool limitations.
• Support the Business Integration team in preparing Functional Designs (FDs) and Field Mapping Documents (FMDs).
• Define Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios/cases and associated data requirements.
• Create and review functional specification documents.
• Provide thought leadership, make decisions independently and interact directly with customers.
• Facilitate fit/gap analysis, identify impacts and prepare training related to Supply Planning processes.
• Experience in deployments, rollouts and day-to-day continuous improvements.
• Develop and test custom BY/JDA ESP programs for data conversions, interfaces, reports, enhancements and forms.
• Strong Retail Functional Knowledge with hands-on BY/JDA ESP experience.
• Strong understanding of developing Measures, KPIs, Variables, Members and Plans.
• Participate in documenting and executing design, optimization and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Configure system settings and options and plan/execute unit, integration and acceptance testing.
• Create system specifications and support functional engagement with customers, Project Managers and Technical Consultants.
• 5+ years of experience in design, implementation and support of Blue Yonder ESP Product.
• Important: Strong Techno-Functional BY/JDA ESP profiles are required. Testing-only profiles are not required.
