What you'll do:
- Drive end-to-end procurement for sheet metal, plastics, and packaging commodities
- Build and manage strong supplier partnerships while ensuring compliance and ethical sourcing practices
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to meet organizational goals
- Contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives within procurement
- Support sustainability initiatives and align sourcing strategies with evolving ESG priorities
What we're looking for:
- BE in Electronics / Mechanical
- 4-8 years of hands-on procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and commodity sourcing (sheet metal/plastics/packaging)
- Familiarity with digitalization trends (e.g., Siemens ecosystem) and data-driven decision-making
- Working knowledge of data analytics tools/methods to support sourcing strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions
- High level of integrity with a clear understanding of supplier compliance and governance
- Agile, experimental mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes
- Self-starter with strong execution focus and problem-solving ability
- Interest in leveraging digital tools and automation to enhance procurement efficiency
