Experience: 5–8 Years (Maximum 8 Years)
CTC: 14–18 LPA Fixed + Variable (10%)
Key Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Retail Buying
Strong expertise in OTB Management & Merchandise Planning
Expertise in Sell-Through Analysis, Stock & Inventory Management
Excellent Excel skills with strong analytical ability
Strong commercial understanding of the Apparel Retail Business
Ability to drive category performance, assortment planning and business growth
