Buying and Sourcing Executive

This is a full-time role as a Buying and Sourcing Executive at Bluer, based at our on-site location in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing procurement activities, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with internal teams to assess requirements, and support sourcing strategies to meet company objectives.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure the best terms while ensuring quality and compliance
• Recruiting experience to identify and onboard suppliers or vendors
• Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple procurement projects
• Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Previous experience in fashion or retail industry sourcing is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
