Buyer / Procurement Executive

Job Summary

Infrawala is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely sourcing of materials required for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and related supplies as per project requirements.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

• Coordinate with project, warehouse, and finance teams for procurement planning and material tracking.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

• Ensure purchased materials meet quality and specification requirements.

• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.

• Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.

• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and company standards.

• Budget: Up to 6 LPA.
