• Develop and execute buying plans aligned with sales forecasts and category strategies.
• Source products from existing and new vendors, negotiating pricing, MOQs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Analyze sales data, stock levels, and sell-through to optimize assortments and minimize overstock or stock-outs.
• Work closely with design, planning, and retail teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Track purchase orders, production schedules, and deliveries to meet launch timelines.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Ensure all products meet brand quality, compliance, and margin requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Support seasonal reviews, range building, and category performance reporting.
