Job Description:

• Oversee the development of lithium-ion cells for hybrid and electric vehicles, ensuring all specifications and production goals are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between OEM and Tier 1 lithium-ion cell manufacturers, facilitating communication and collaboration for production programs.
• Coordinate with Tier 1 suppliers to plan and execute cell product development, including Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), and support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• Manage and predict battery life through advanced modeling techniques to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
• Evaluate lithium-ion battery manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
• with cross-functional teams to support battery pack design and release engineering, ensuring seamless integration and performance of the battery systems.
