Role Description The Business Analyst role at UNIPREP is a full-time, remote position focused on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable insights and requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, mapping current processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement across UNIPREP's job, freelancing, and placement solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with product, technology, operations, and partner teams to define requirements, prepare documentation, and support implementation of new features and process enhancements. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, conducting market and competitor analysis, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and user engagement. This position requires regular communication with stakeholders to clarify objectives, validate assumptions, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Skills in strategic planning and consulting to support decision-making, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment.
• Foundational knowledge of finance to understand business models, revenue drivers, and cost structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
• Proficiency in productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, data visualization tools).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in business analysis are a plus.
• Experience in platforms related to recruitment, freelancing, or education technology is advantageous.
