Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Butler at Oleander Farms located in Karjat. The Butler will be responsible for providing personalized guest services, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and assisting guests, attending to dining and beverage preferences, managing guest requests promptly, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest areas, and coordinating with other departments to exceed guest expectations. The role also encompasses handling event preparations and offering exceptional hospitality at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cater to diverse guest needs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, including food and beverage service and event coordination.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a dedication to excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns or issues effectively and promptly.
• Proficiency in English and local languages; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience working as a Butler or in a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
