About the Role:
We are looking for a disciplined, attentive, and professional Personal Butler to work closely with the CMD (Chairman & Managing Director). The individual will be responsible for managing the CMD's daily meals, preferences, and personal comfort, ensuring seamless service throughout the day.
Location: Mumbai an Lonavala (Frequebnt Travelling Required)
Working days: 6 Days
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CMD's daily meals and dietary requirements as per his preferences and schedule.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to plan and maintain a daily menu that aligns with his food choices and health needs.
- Oversee the timely service of all meals, beverages, and refreshments during the day.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, presentation, and taste in all food and beverage service.
- Maintain a smooth line of communication between the CMD and the kitchen or household team.
- Attend to the CMD personally during meal times, meetings, and guest visits when required.
- Be proactive in understanding and fulfilling the CMD's daily comfort and hospitality needs.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements

- Strong understanding of fine dining, food service, and menu coordination.
- Polished presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and discretion.
- Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to the CMD's schedule.
Minimum Qualification
Prior experience as a personal butler, steward, or hospitality professional in a senior executive household or luxury hotel.
