Role Overview
This is a high-performance execution-first Business Development role. You will be responsible for structured outbound lead generation, professional follow-ups, and warm client conversions using CRM, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calling tools.
The role requires discipline, clarity, and drive not passive effort, not repeated reminders. You are expected to understand Pixel Media's services thoroughly and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Use CRM to maintain a clean, up-to-date database of leads (India + International)
- Send 100+ outbound messages daily (Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Calls)
- Qualify leads into cold, warm, and hot buckets
- Follow up rigorously till a hard Yes or No is received
- Write sharp, non-spammy outreach emails and WhatsApp messages
- Coordinate first-level discovery calls where needed
- Share service decks, past work, samples with leads
- Update CRM daily with lead status, responses, and next follow-up date
- Own all early-stage conversations till lead is warm enough for handover
- Follow up international leads in relevant time zones
- Fully learn Pixel Media's services (Influencer Ops, D2C Growth, Marketplace Services, etc.) and pitch accordingly
- Maintain clean records, detailed notes, and timely updates no gaps
KPIs (Monthly Targets)
- 5,000+ outbound reach-outs/month (100+ per day)
- 1520 warm, qualified leads/month handed over for closure
- 510 lakh/month in business contribution (direct or via handovers)
- Zero CRM backlog every follow-up tracked
- 100% CRM accuracy no missing notes, no dead leads
- Weekly progress call with Founders/BD Head
Candidate Profile Must Have
- 13 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales
- Prior agency, marketing, or B2B background preferred
- Excellent written English no grammar/spelling errors
- Clear, confident speaker calls + WA voice notes if required
- Strong CRM usage experience disciplined follow-up tracker
- Detail-oriented no sloppy notes, no half-done leads
- Smart follow-up skills persistent, not annoying
- Self-driven, takes ownership without hand-holding
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, influencer, and e-commerce ecosystem is a plus

Salary & Reporting Structure- Compensation: 20,000 35,000/month (Based on experience & skill)
- Working Hours: 10 AM 7 PM IST (flexible for international follow-ups)
- Reporting To: Founders / Business Development Head
