Role Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives on closing deals and building client relationships. This is a revenue-generating role for someone ready to hit the ground running from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and networking
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling pitches that convert
  • Close deals independently while managing the full sales cycle
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development or sales with demonstrable closed deals
  • Prior experience in a marketing or branding agency (strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Resilience and comfort with rejectionno motivates rather than discourages you
  • Self-starter who takes initiative without constant oversight
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Understanding of digital marketing services and value propositions
