Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, devise strategies for market expansion, and manage lead generation activities. Key responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting overall business growth. Collaboration with team members and meeting organizational goals will be central to your daily tasks.

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Background in Business or related fields and experience in developing growth strategies
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, target-driven environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in education technology or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
