Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry platforms

Understand client requirements related to BIM services (3D modeling, 4D scheduling, 5D cost estimation, etc.)

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and capability statements

Coordinate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business

Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets

Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Basic understanding of BIM concepts and AEC industry workflows

Strong communication and presentation skills

Sales and negotiation abilities

Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Salary:

2.50 to 3.25 LPA
