Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: [Rajpur road,Dehradun]

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and business growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property site visits, and successfully closing residential and commercial property deals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers/investors.

Follow up with prospects and nurture them throughout the sales cycle.

Negotiate terms and assist clients in the property purchasing process.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of real estate markets and property transactions is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales.

Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
