Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Shift: US Shift (8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Experience Required:2 6 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can manage both B2B client acquisition and B2C candidate/student conversion. The candidate should be confident in communication, experienced in sales, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online platforms
  • Handle both B2B (client partnerships) and B2C (candidate/student enrollments) sales
  • Pitch company training, staffing, and placement services to prospective clients and candidates
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into business or enrollments
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for onboarding
  • Maintain CRM records, daily reports, and sales pipeline updates
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
  • Willingness to work in night shift (US process)

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Education Sales, Training Institute, IT Services, or Staffing Industry
  • Exposure to international or US sales process is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
