Key Responsibilities
-Provided academic counseling to prospective students regarding online degree programs.
-Assessed student needs, career goals, and backgrounds to recommend appropriate courses and learning pathways.
-Managed outbound leads through calls, emails, and regular follow-ups to drive conversions and enrollments.
-Clearly explained course structures, eligibility criteria, fee details, financing options, and the enrollment process.
-Maintained accurate records of student interactions, lead progress, and conversions using CRM tools.
-Achieved daily calling targets and consistently contributed to overall team enrollment goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–4 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer interaction roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide effective guidance
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
