Job Description
Business & Functional Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design end-to-end solutions.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Support solution deployment, change management, and post-production stabilization.
Technical Responsibilities
- Work with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Analyze data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Assist development teams in troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
- Validate data mappings, transformations, and integration requirements.
- Support automation, AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Present solution options, recommendations, and project updates to leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
