Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in Chennai. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify potential customers, generate and follow up on leads, and support the sales pipeline through calls, emails, and meetings. This role involves researching target markets and accounts, understanding customer pain points, and clearly communicating Opmaint's value proposition. The person in this role will coordinate with sales and marketing teams, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide timely, professional responses to customer inquiries. The Business Development Representative will also support demos, proposals, and post-meeting follow-ups to help convert prospects into long-term customers.
