What you will be doing at Evalueserve-
Senior Business Analyst SBA will join the Enterprise Valuation team at Evalueserve, supporting onshore team in several critical research areas such as follows:
- Company/M&A screening and brief company profiles
- DCF calculation (historical and projections) by analysis of historical data and forecasting for future years
- Arrive at Enterprise value of a company through DCF as well as relative valuation methods
- Report writing including the DCF analysis and peers and targets comparison analysis
- Responsibilities includes working independently on complex projects, and delivering error free projects
- Resolving team members project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverables
- Creating and maintaining databases
- Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team members.
