What will be your responsibilities:

As a Valuation Services Manager, you will lead and manage valuation engagements across industries for financial reporting (US GAAP, IFRS) and tax reporting. You will also oversee client relationships, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery excellence.

Client Management & Leadership

• Lead client interactions, manage expectations, and deliver valuation insights to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including CPAs, auditors, and corporate executives.
• Present valuation findings to clients, regulators, and senior management.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and growth of valuation practice.

Technical Expertise

• Manage complex valuation assignments:
• Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation
• Goodwill & Intangible Asset Impairments
• Gift & Estate Valuation
• 409A / Stock Compensation (ASC 718)
• Equity, Debt, Derivatives, and Litigation-related valuations
• Review third-party valuations and provide expert opinions.
• Develop and implement advanced financial models (DCF, market multiples, option pricing).
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and US Tax laws.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor valuation analysts and senior associates.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
• Drive knowledge transfer and contribute to valuation standards and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education/Certifications: CFA, CA, CPA, ASA, MBA (Finance preferred).
• Experience: 8+ years in valuation or financial advisory.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS).
• Familiarity with litigation support and dispute valuations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent judgment.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
