We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager for our Bio Pharma Product Testing and CDMO Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bio pharmaceuticals with a focus on product testing and compliance. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Bio Pharma product testing unit, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the development and execution of testing protocols for bio pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor market trends and advancements in bio pharma testing to drive innovation within the unit.
- Prepare and present reports on unit performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in the bio pharma industry, specifically in product testing and CDMO operations.
